The Empower Equality Roadmap follows a proven, registered methodology tailored to the challenges that each organisation faces.


It is designed to raise awareness within a workplace and implement an effective gender equality policy.  It focuses on how to be a force for change in equality issues, positively and constructively.


The unique 4 phase model involves qualitative and quantitative analysis, improvement workshops, goal setting and implementation.
