EMPOWER's Toolbox has been created after robust needs analysis carried out by the EMPOWER team. The findings showed that the majority of organisations need to work on the all the elements within the toolbox.

WORK IN SPRINTS
To make the vision a reality, 3-4 improvement projects are undertaken each year, with culture and communication at the forefront. The EMPOWER team work alongside the client in sprints with the Agile approach to achieve practical changes quickly and efficiently.
