The Empower Equality Roadmap follows a proven, registered methodology tailored to the challenges that each organisation faces.


It is designed to raise awareness within a workplace and implement an effective gender equality policy.  It focuses on how to be a force for change in equality issues, positively and constructively.

To make the vision a reality, 3-4 improvement projects are undertaken each year, with culture and communication at the forefront. The EMPOWER team work alongside the client in sprints with the Agile approach to achieve practical changes quickly and efficiently.
